We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent on.

As is advertised on our website, delivery of physical goods can take up to 18 working days, but generally arrive within 5 working days to the United States. If the goods are not received within 18 days, please contact us for assistance.
Chargeback & Dispute Policy
We have a zero tolerance policy regarding inaccurate chargebacks and disputes. If a user places a fraudulent or inaccurate chargeback/dispute (which includes trying to resolve the issue with us first) - we will treat this as friendly fraud. and contact the customer's credit/debit card provider and in response to this activity which can lead to action being taken by the user's bank account which could lead to canceled services.
